All Sales Are Final

Due to the hygienic nature of human hair, all wigs, bundles, closures, and frontals are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped. This is standard practice across the hair industry.

Every Order Is Verified Before Shipping

We photograph and film every order and send it to you for approval before dispatch. This ensures you receive exactly what you approved.

Defective or Incorrect Items — How Claims Work

We stand behind our quality. If something is genuinely wrong with your order, here is exactly how we handle it:

Report within 7 days. Contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. Claims made after 7 days cannot be accepted.
Send evidence. Provide clear photos and a video showing the defect or the incorrect item, in its original, unused condition. The hair must not have been washed, cut, colored, installed, or altered in any way.
Inspection. Our team reviews your evidence and compares it against the photos and video we took of your order before shipping. This confirms whether the issue is a genuine manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our side.
Resolution. If the claim is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or store credit (at our discretion). We do not offer cash refunds to the original payment method.

Please note: we do not send replacements before the disputed item has been discussed and, if required, returned for inspection. Claims involving hair that has been used or altered will not qualify.

Warranty Scope

Our responsibility covers manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery only. It does not cover normal wear, shedding, tangling, or damage that results from use, washing, styling, heat, coloring, or product care over time. Hair is a natural product and its lifespan depends on how it is maintained. Claims made weeks or months after delivery, or after the hair has been used, cannot be accepted.

Not Covered

Hair that has been washed, cut, colored, bleached, or chemically/heat-altered is not eligible under any circumstances. Custom and made-to-order units are final sale.
