Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide to Africa, the US, UK, Europe, and beyond. For every order we select the most cost-effective carrier for your destination among UPS, DHL, and FedEx. You may also request a specific carrier if you prefer.

Delivery Time

Express shipping (UPS / DHL / FedEx): average 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Budget shipping (Agent via Vietnam / China): slightly longer transit, but significantly lower cost — ideal for bulk orders. Ask us for this option when placing a large order.

Order Processing (Estimated)

All production times below are estimates, not guarantees, as our hair is made to order at our factory.

In-stock items: estimated 1–3 business days to prepare after payment is confirmed.
Made-to-order units: estimated 7–14 business days or more, depending on order size, customization, and season (peak periods take longer).

Because each order is produced at our factory, timelines may vary. We always confirm a realistic estimated timeline with you on WhatsApp before you pay, and keep you updated throughout production.

Quality Check Before Shipping

Every order is photographed and filmed before dispatch. We send you clear photos and video of your exact items for approval first. Your tracking number is provided once you approve and the order ships.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is paid by the buyer and is clearly stated on your invoice before payment. The larger your order, the lower the per-unit shipping rate — especially via our agent option.

Customs & Import Duties

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price. Please check your country's import regulations before ordering.
