FAQ

Anbi Hair is a raw Vietnamese hair factory in Bac Ninh, Vietnam, supplying wholesale hair to resellers worldwide since 2020. Everything below applies to every order you place with us.

Hair quality

How long does the hair last?

Signature and Luxury raw hair last 3–5 years. Affordable virgin hair lasts 1–2 years.

These figures assume proper maintenance. Lifespan depends far more on how the hair is cared for than on the grade alone — how often it is washed, how it is detangled, how much heat and colour it takes, and whether it is conditioned and stored properly between installs. Well-maintained virgin hair will outlast neglected raw hair.

Where does your hair come from?

All our hair is collected in Vietnam and processed at our own factory in Bac Ninh. We buy donor hair, process it and build every wig in-house, so nothing passes through a middleman.

What is the difference between your three grades?

Signature — raw Vietnamese baby hair. Single donor, cuticle intact. The baby hair strands are finer, softer and shinier than standard raw hair. Bleaches to #613 and stays healthy. Lasts 3–5 years. Limited quantity — this cannot be produced on demand.

Luxury — raw Vietnamese hair. Single donor, cuticle intact, unprocessed. Naturally silky, bleaches to #613 and remains healthy. Lasts 3–5 years.

Affordable — virgin hair (SDD). Multiple donors, cuticle aligned root to tip. 100% human hair, no synthetic blend. Bleaches up to #27. Lasts 1–2 years.

What does "single donor" mean at your factory?

Every strand of our raw hair comes from a single donor. A full bundle or wig may need hair from more than one donor to reach the length and weight you order — but we only ever combine raw single-donor hair with other raw single-donor hair. Raw is never mixed with processed or multi-donor hair.

We say this openly because the opposite claim — that a full wig comes from one single head — is not realistic at production scale, and you deserve to know exactly what you are reselling.

How do I know the grade I am getting is what you say it is?

Every product page states its grade clearly. Our raw and baby hair is never mixed. When we sell virgin mixed-donor hair, we say so openly instead of calling it raw.

Many vendors in this industry mix hair and hide it. We would rather lose a sale than mislabel a product, because your customers will find out before we do — and it is your reputation on the line, not ours.

Does the hair shed or tangle?

Minimal shedding. All human hair sheds a little — any supplier who tells you theirs sheds nothing is not being honest with you. What we control is how little.

Our wefts are double-stitched so the hair holds at the seam, and all our hair is cuticle aligned, meaning every strand runs in the same direction from root to tip. That alignment is what prevents matting and tangling.

Shedding increases with rough combing, tight installs and heat, so how the hair is handled after it leaves us matters as much as how it was made.

Can the hair be coloured or bleached?

Signature and Luxury raw hair bleach to #613 and stay healthy, because they have never been chemically processed. Affordable virgin hair bleaches up to #27.

We also supply Piano A1, Brown Tip, Burgundy and Chestnut ready-coloured if you prefer not to colour it yourself.

What is "unique colour"?

On Raw hair, unique colour is the colour exactly as we received it from the donor, with no factory dyeing at all. The donor may have coloured their own hair before, so the shade is not always 100% natural. And because every donor is different, the colour varies slightly from set to set — that variation is exactly why we call it unique.

On Virgin hair, unique colour is a factory colour: we dye it to match the look of a raw unique colour. It gives you the same appearance at a lower price, with a consistent shade across the whole set.

If your clients need every piece to match exactly, choose Virgin. If they want a one-of-a-kind shade, choose Raw.

Which density should I choose?

150% gives a light, natural look. 200% is our most popular choice and suits most clients. 250% and above gives a full, voluminous look and is usually chosen for longer lengths, since long hair needs more density to avoid looking thin at the ends.

What is the difference between HD lace and transparent lace?

HD lace is thinner and melts into the skin more naturally, so the hairline is almost invisible. Transparent lace is slightly thicker and more durable, which makes it easier to install and better suited to clients who are new to wearing wigs.

Why is your hair more expensive than other suppliers?

Raw hair costs more everywhere in the world, not just in Vietnam. Raw means single donor, cuticle intact and never chemically processed — that supply is limited by nature, so it will always sit above processed hair on price. Compare our Affordable virgin line against other suppliers and you will see our pricing is in line with the market.

The rest comes down to how the hair is made. We only take hair from healthy donors, we never mix raw with processed or multi-donor hair, and we run QC before, during and after production. Every order is photographed and filmed before it ships, so you see exactly what is packed.

That consistency is what keeps complaints and replacements down. One bad batch costs you more in lost customers than the price difference ever will.

Ordering

What is your minimum order?

No strict MOQ. You can start with a single wig, a single Bundle Pack from $125, or a Business Combo from $1,320 if you want a ready-to-sell range. We would rather you test a small order first than commit before you know what sells in your market.

How do wholesale prices work?

Wigs — order 10+ from the same line and every wig gets the 10+ price.

Bundle Packs — wholesale price from 10 packs. You can mix any 10 packs within the same hair type: Raw with Raw, Virgin with Virgin.

Business Combos — already priced at the wholesale rate.

If you want to mix across lines, message us with your total and we will work it out with you.

Are your prices fixed?

All prices are in USD and may change without notice, since raw hair supply and material costs move over time. The price we quote you on WhatsApp is the price for that order once you confirm it.

How long does production take?

In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order units take 7–14 business days depending on length and density.

Do you offer custom lengths, colours or packaging?

Yes. We make custom bundles from 6" to 50", any lace, any texture. We can also supply your order with your own labels and packaging. Message us on WhatsApp with what you need and we will quote you.

Custom and made-to-order units are final sale and cannot be cancelled once production starts.

How do I place an order?

All orders are placed and confirmed on WhatsApp (+84 96 419 7276). Browse the catalog, copy the product link or the pack number, and send it to us with how many units you want.

We confirm stock, quote shipping to your country and send payment details. Your order is confirmed once payment or a deposit is received, and production starts from that point.

Shipping and payment

Do you ship to my country?

Yes — we ship worldwide. Our regular markets include Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Kenya, Senegal, Ivory Coast, the United States, the United Kingdom, France and Canada, but we are not limited to these.

Send us your country and we will confirm the courier options, the cost and the delivery time before you pay.

How long does shipping take?

Express via UPS, DHL or FedEx takes about 3–5 business days once the order leaves our factory. We also work with agents in Vietnam and China — slower, but cheaper, and better suited to bulk orders.

Shipping is paid by the buyer and shown separately on your invoice, so you always see the hair cost and the freight cost apart.

Why are shipping fees so expensive?

Express couriers charge by volumetric weight, not just actual weight. Hair is light but takes up space, so a parcel of wigs is priced closer to its box size than its weight on the scale. Rates to Africa and South America are also higher than to the US or Europe.

Two ways to bring the cost down: order more units per shipment, since the cost per wig drops sharply with volume, or use an agent instead of express if you can wait longer. Tell us your country and order size and we will quote you both options.

Do I need to pay customs or import duty?

Customs duties, taxes and clearance charges in your country are paid by you as the buyer. They vary by country and by shipment, so we cannot calculate them in advance. You are also responsible for complying with the import laws and regulations of your own country.

We declare every shipment accurately. If your customs office needs specific paperwork, tell us before we ship and we will prepare it. Orders refused at customs, or abandoned because charges were not paid, are not eligible for refund or replacement.

How do I pay?

Bank Transfer, Wise, Western Union, MoneyGram, TapTap Send, Remitly, USDT (TRC-20), local agents, and Visa / Mastercard. Available options vary by country — ask us which works best for yours.

You can pay in full up front, or place a 50% deposit to start production and settle the balance before we ship. Whichever you choose, the order ships only once payment is complete.

Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel after production has started.

After your order

Can I return or exchange an order?

No. Because of the hygienic nature of human hair, all wigs, bundles, closures and frontals are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped. This is standard across the hair industry.

This is exactly why we send you photos and video of your order for approval before it leaves the factory — so nothing ships that you have not seen and agreed to.

Can I cancel or change my order after confirming?

Once you confirm and production starts, the order cannot be cancelled or modified, and deposits are non-refundable. Tell us about any changes before you confirm, not after.

What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged in transit?

Every order ships by DHL, UPS or FedEx with tracking. If a shipment goes missing or arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Carrier liability is limited. Standard international shipments are only covered up to the carrier's own compensation limit, which is usually far below the value of a wholesale hair order — this is true of every carrier and every supplier. Where the payout does not cover the full order, we split the shortfall with you equally: we remake fifty percent at our cost and you cover the other fifty percent.

If you want full protection, ask us for insured shipping before your order is confirmed and we will quote it separately. We recommend it for any order above $1,000.

Do you check quality before shipping?

Yes. We photograph and film every order and send it to you for approval before dispatch. Nothing ships until you have seen it, so you receive exactly what you approved.

What if something is wrong with my order?

Contact us on WhatsApp within 14 days of the delivery date on your tracking, with clear photos and a video of the problem. The hair must be in its original, unused condition — not washed, cut, coloured, installed or altered.

We compare your evidence against the photos and video we took before shipping. If the claim is confirmed we replace the item free of charge, or issue store credit for the full amount if it is out of stock. We do not issue cash refunds to the original payment method.

Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Can I visit the factory?

Yes. Our factory is in Bac Ninh, Vietnam, and buyers are welcome. Message us in advance so we can arrange a time and show you the full production floor.
